ext-align: justify;">In this regard, Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, Irfan Nawaz Memon chaired a review meeting to assess the outcomes of the campaign.

ext-align: justify;">He was informed that the set target was to vaccinate 461,125 children. However, the drive exceeded expectations, with 497,925 children vaccinated by the end of the week. This amounted to a coverage rate of 108%.

ext-align: justify;">The campaign reached various segments of the population. A total of 56,493 children were vaccinated in schools, 21,252 visiting families, and 23,242 children in door to door campaign.

ext-align: justify;">Alongside vaccinations, awareness efforts were made to inform people about the importance of polio prevention. Announcements were made in 207 mosques, and 409 families participated in awareness sessions.
